Job Description As Major Programmes Director , you will play a defining role in shaping and growing our Infrastructure and Defence capability in Western Australia. This is a high‑impact leadership position combining strategic growth, major programme delivery and executive‑level client engagement. Key responsibilities include: Driving market growth across infrastructure and defence through strategic leadership, opportunity shaping and programme mobilisation Leading the pursuit, structuring and winning of major programmes and complex, multi‑project commissions Providing executive direction across the full lifecycle of large‑scale, highly regulated programmes Managing complex programme environments with multiple workstreams, stakeholders and supply‑chain partners Acting as a trusted senior advisor, building enduring relationships and delivering outstanding client outcomes Leading, inspiring and developing high‑performing, cross‑disciplinary teams Championing innovation, systems thinking and best practice programme delivery Representing the business at a senior level, embedding values, governance and operational excellence
